Dobs Catches 2008 Pass It On Award Capt. Ted Dobs, of  Verona, NY received the prestigeous Bass Pro Shop 'Pass It On' Award during NYSOWA's Fall 2008 conference in Old Forge/Inlet. Dobs was recognized for all the work he's done introding and encouraging youth to fish. Presenting the award is NYSOWA Past President Leo Maloney (on left). Bass Pro Shops will make a $500 donation in Capt. Dobs' name to the NYSOWA Scholarship Fund.
