2008 Excellence in Craft Awards Program
Eligibility: The 2008 EIC Awards Program is open to all active NYSOWA
members. You may submit two (2) entries in each of the five (5)
categories (total 10).
All entries must have been published during the 2007 calendar year.
Categories: 1. Newspaper Column
2. Newspaper Feature
3. Magazine Column
4. Magazine Feature
5. Humor Piece, Magazine/Newspaper
Format: Entries must be submitted as one tear sheet with byline, name
of publication and publication date along with three copies with this
information omitted.
Copies are to be 8½ x 11 or 8 ½ x 14 inches; no larger.
All copies and originals must be clearly marked with category of
submission, i.e. magazine column or magazine feature.
Enclose a $5 entry fee. (One fee-for all submissions) Checks
should be made out to NYSOWA.
Deadline for entries will be July 15, 2008.
