A-C SCI Banquet Opens Its Doors to All, Including Vendors & Groups

On Saturday, April 4, 2009, the Adirondack-Catskill Chapter of Safari Club International will hold its 10th Annual Banquet/Fundraiser. The event will take place at the Holiday Inn, Oneonta, NY from Noon-? (last year was 10 pm). The Holiday Inn is easily reached off Interstate 88 at Exit 15. 
We have a vendor area set up for approximately 30 vendors/allied organizations to display. We would like to invite you to attend and display your organizations information to the over 300 attendees. The display area is open from Noon to 6 pm and is FREE. We will provide electricity, tables and chairs.
Please consider joining us on this our 11th year in raising funds for hunting, conservation, education and humanitarian efforts here in NYS and around the world. There are approximately 300 hunters in attendance, giving you direct contact with people who are interested in buying!
There are but a few requirements associated with attending. 1) No raffles, it is OUR fundraiser. 2) The display area attendance does not include staying for the dinner/auction, that is $40 per person, but not required. 3) There are no provisions for hanging things like deerheads, signs, etc. You must provide your own backdrop/easels, etc. 4) Set up is between 9 and 11:30 am.
